Supply Chain Coordinator EMEA

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring international shipments and supply chain activities. You will be in daily contact with various stakeholders such as suppliers, carriers, and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating end-to-end supply chain processes
• Processing and monitoring shipments in internal systems
• Managing and checking transport documentation
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and carriers
• Preparing quotations and supporting NVOCC-related activities
• Identifying and resolving supply chain disruptions
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and KPI performance

What do you bring?

• 2 - 5 years of experience within logistics or supply chain (for example as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, or similar)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Additional languages are a strong plus
• MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Living in the area of Rotterdam
