What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer service this organisation is known for. Your proactive approach will enable you to identify potential issues within client supply chains, allowing you to suggest improvements that optimise processes. - Deliver exceptional customer service in line with documented procedures
- Support multiple clients by understanding their businesses and problem-solving effectively
- Proactively identify challenges within client supply chains and suggest optimisation solutions
- Attend client meetings as required and liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Continuously innovate to improve service delivery and business efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all documents in line with company policies
- Produce internal and external reports including client KPI reporting
- Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative role is someone who brings a passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence. Your excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and a third language such as, German, Spanish or French. This will allow you to manage expectations effectively while your logical thinking and analytical skills will enable you to solve complex problems. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Your expertise with Microsoft applications will be crucial in this role, as will your outstanding attention to detail.
