An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing activities for strategic and non-strategic EMEA projects/categories/materials/services
12-month contract with option to extend!
This role offers the chance to develop deep market insights, achieve progressive cost reductions while maintaining/improving product quality and supplier service levels. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cash flow improvements, risk assessment, and implementation of mitigation plans in line with business needs.

What you'll do:
As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading sourcing activities for assigned strategic and non-strategic EMEA projects. You will negotiate and execute supply contracts that align with site specifications and business needs. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to interface effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring strategies align with business needs. Your role will also involve developing deep market insights, building supplier relationships, driving annual productivity improvements, and ensuring compliance with corporate processes.
- Negotiate and execute supply contracts in line with site specifications and business needs
- Champion and secure total cost of ownership reductions and working capital improvement
- Interface with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies with business needs
- Develop and maintain deep market insights and expertise
- Build and manage Supplier Relationships, Performance, Risks, and Contracting based on Sourcing Strategy and Business needs
- Drive annual productivity improvements
- Ensure compliance with corporate and Global Sourcing processes
- Process purchase requisitions in accordance to strategic spend ensuring compliant purchase orders
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Sourcing Manager position will have a completed business university degree or a comparable qualification in the economic or technical field. Proficiency in English is required, along with ideally one other EMEA language. You should have a strong understanding of the sourcing process and management, as well as strong negotiation skills. The ability to master SAP tools, Microsoft Office tools, and ideally Ariba or other sourcing tools is essential.
