Treasury Team Lead - Cash & Operations

Are you an experienced treasury professional with a strong background in cash management and operational treasury processes? We are partnering with Hunkemöller, a global leader in the fashion retail industry, to find a talented and driven Team Lead focussing on cash management and treasury operations.

About the Role

As Treasury Team Lead, you’ll oversee the company’s treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management and financial risk mitigation while driving process improvements. This role reports to senior management and includes leadership responsibilities within the treasury team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash management and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity.

• Payment operations & banking relationships: Oversee payment operations and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support a small treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance treasury policies, systems, and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury or related financial functions.
• Proven experience in cash management, treasury operations, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in treasury tools and systems, including advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
