Responsibilities Interim People Insights & Data Science Specialist:
Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Capture the reporting demand, define critical data elements and fill the HR BI Backlog
• (Co)create and maintain PowerBI dashboards, not only design but also DAX and programming knowledge is required
• Coordinate technical team in building and maintaining datalake for HR, they will build, you will coordinate
Be a People Analytics Business Partner
• Pro-actively help with identifying and quantifying the people component of business challenges and translate this to useful solutions
• Establish yourself as trustworthy partner for senior leadership, data privacy and legal officers to allow a strong foundation for research and analytics
• You will play I pivotal role in 2 employee survey in the year
Analytics & Data Science
• Data processing skills are key, in Excel, R or Python. Know how to clean and structure data.
• Determine the best model approach considering the available data quality and business questions
• Interpret the analytical output and generate insights for making business decisions
Profile:
• Have a quantitative Master’s Degree in Psychometrics, HR Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics or equivalent
• Have 2-5 years relevant working experience in an analytical field
• Have BI Skills: experience with (HR) data modelling, preparation and visualization
• Have ML Skills: ability to program basic algorithms and you will have the opportunity to learn more by following trainings etc.
• Have strong communication and project management skills
• Are fluent in English
• Good sense of humor
• Nice to have: Familiar with GDPR and other Privacy frameworks. Preferably having experience engaging in Privacy assessments & discussions.

Duration: 6 months
Hours: 32 – 40 hrs
Location: Amsterdam/hybrid
