Simcorp Dimension Application Analyst (Medior Level)

For our client in Amsterdam we are seeking a SimCorp Dimension Application Analyst (Medior Level) to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to configure, support, and evolve solutions in SimCorp Dimension. You will ensure the system’s availability and performance while demonstrating a mix of system knowledge and understanding of operational processes in the asset management domain. Do you have experience within Simcorp Dimension and e.g. knowledge of the accounting module (ABOR) or SWIFT?

What you'll do:
As a SimCorp Dimension Application Analyst (Medior Level), your role will be pivotal in configuring, supporting, and evolving solutions in SimCorp Dimension. You will be responsible for ensuring the system’s availability and performance while providing ongoing functional and technical support. Your ability to identify core business needs, challenges, and objectives will be crucial in this role. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to testing phases for new versions and changes.
• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for SimCorp Dimension and SWIFT
• Solve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement controls to prevent recurrence
• Implement necessary changes and process improvements in SimCorp Dimension
• Act as a SimCorp/SWIFT SME for Business and IT Infrastructure stakeholders
• Support patches and upgrades, lead the yearly SimCorp Dimension upgrade
• Contribute to testing phases for new versions and changes
• Identify core business needs, challenges, and objectives by working closely with stakeholders
• Ensure requirements are well-documented and aligned with business goals

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the SimCorp Dimension Application Analyst (Medior Level) role will bring knowledge in SimCorp Dimension along with preferably a good understanding of the Accounting module. Your functional knowledge in Asset Management coupled with your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify core requirements effectively. Your familiarity with integration processes and knowledge of SWIFT (Alliance Lite2 connection) will be highly valued. Your sense of accountability, excellent communication skills including advising, coaching, presenting along with your high level of initiative and self-motivation will make you an asset to our team.
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension (must)
• Preferably understanding of the Accounting module (ABOR)
• Functional knowledge in Asset Management
• Strong analytical skills to identify core requirements
• Familiarity with integration processes
• Preferably knowledge of SWIFT (Alliance Lite2 connection)
• Sense of accountability and excellent communication skills including advising, coaching, presenting
• High level of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
