Regional Demand Planner

An exciting opportunity for a Regional Demand Planner to join a global leader in display technology based in Amsterdam. You will shape supply and demand strategies across key European markets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure optimal inventory and accurate forecasting. This role suits those seeking responsibility and impact in a fast-evolving industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage demand planning for high-profile product lines across multiple European regions, turning market data into actionable forecasts.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product managers to incorporate market insights and supply considerations into plans.

  • Oversee product lifecycle management from launch to discontinuation.

  • Lead weekly S&OP meetings to align sales and supply plans.

  • Allocate stock by country and product line to maximize availability and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with order management on urgent cases to ensure excellent service.

  • Identify opportunities to improve stock health and forecast accuracy.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Maintain detailed data management and contribute to a supportive team environment.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

  • At least two years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.

  • Experience in consumer electronics preferred.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.

  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and team-focused.

  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
