Robert Walters Bootcamp Training
During your first nine weeks at Robert Walters, you will be closely mentored by the management team. Through a comprehensive training program called Bootcamp, we will give you the tools you need to become and remain successful. This program is aimed at training new consultants to become the top in our field. We make sure that you discover what your strengths are, how to use them effectively and where you can develop yourself to get the most out of yourself.
The program is divided into the following three segments:
Week 1-3: Focus on our Candidates through the STAR(R) methodology. How to find the right candidate, what to look for when reviewing resumes, how to conduct a job interview.
Week 4-6: Focus on sales and communication. Setting and meeting targets, making a sales list, and how to make a difference in a sales conversation. What are possible objections and how do you handle them? There are also training sessions focused on nonverbal and verbal communication.
Week 7-9: The focus in the final phase of the Bootcamp is on meetings at organizations and finding a good match between client and candidate. What questions do you ask the client during a meeting and how do you make clients see you as a real sparring partner?
Once you have completed all the training sessions and achieved the objectives, this success is of course celebrated with your colleagues.
