Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience in an M&A, Corporate Development, Transaction Services or M&A Advisory environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting or executing M&A transactions.
- Experience gained within a Big Four Corporate Finance practice is welcomed, with additional commercial or corporate experience considered an advantage.

- Strong analytical and financial skills combined with a pragmatic mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and eager to learn.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English is essential. Native or fluent command of Dutch, French, Danish or Swedish is strongly preferred.
