Customer Service Representative FR/NL/EN

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices, orders, and credit notes;
• Handling incoming emails and phone calls;
• Proactively communicating with internal and external customers;
• Investigating and resolving invoicing issues and disputes;
• Logging issues and following up on resolutions and related communication with customers;
• Taking responsibility for executing tasks and supporting colleagues across various complex areas, processes, and queries;
• Collaborating with colleagues to effectively organize and prioritize tasks within specific areas of responsibility.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in order management and contact center skills;
• Understanding of Customer Service process flows;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word;
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French;
• Good ERP system knowledge.

Offer:

• 20 - 24 hours;
• Salary between 3300 – 4000 gross per month based on fulltime (depends on your experience);
