Following a major acquisition and continued international growth, we are building a scalable People function across EMEA.

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of People to lead HR operations across multiple European countries, support business leaders, and create the people infrastructure needed for our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Head of People EMEA, you will be responsible for building and running the regional HR function. You will partner closely with leaders across the business, ensuring compliant, efficient and scalable people processes while delivering an excellent employee experience. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

This is a stand-alone, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a scalable HR operating model across EMEA;
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding;
  • Act as trusted advisor to managers and leadership on people-related matters;
  • Lead recruitment activities across the region;
  • Manage multi-country payroll, benefits and HR administration;
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations;
  • Partner with Legal, Finance and external providers to ensure smooth HR operations;
  • Support organisational growth, change initiatives and integration activities;
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and reporting.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including international HR operations;
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across Europe;
  • Experience supporting senior leaders as an HR Business Partner;
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growing environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement;
  • Experience within a US-headquartered, listed or high-growth technology company is a plus.
