Interim Procurement Operations Specialist
This role supports day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring smooth execution of purchasing processes, vendor onboarding, and data management. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement operations including PO handling and invoice reconciliation
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain procurement data and system accuracy
- Support vendor onboarding and supplier enablement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Sourcing teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or accounts payable
- Hands-on experience with PO management and invoice reconciliation
- Familiarity with procurement/finance systems (e.g. Coupa or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
