Interim Project Manager (Procurement & Finance Integration)
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support a global procurement and finance integration programme. The focus is on aligning processes, systems, and data across multiple regions to ensure stable operations and consistent ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global workstreams across Procurement and Finance
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Drive improvements in data quality across regions
- Support implementation of full purchase order (PO) coverage
- Track system integration progress and resolve issues
- Align stakeholders across different regions and ways of working
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and blockers
Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in project coordination or operational project management
- Experience within procurement and/or finance environments
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and time zones
- Highly structured and organised way of working
- Comfortable working part-time in a dynamic environment
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Offer:
