Interim Non-Technology Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a sourcing specialist to support procurement activities across indirect (non-technology) categories. The role focuses on delivering sourcing strategies, managing suppliers, and improving procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing initiatives across non-technology categories
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes and PO execution
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance
  • Support contract renewals and ensure continuity
  • Improve procurement processes and data quality
  • Act as a key contact for stakeholders across the business

Profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Experience with indirect spend categories (e.g. HR, Facilities, Finance)
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Experience with procurement systems and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail
