Interim Non-Technology Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a sourcing specialist to support procurement activities across indirect (non-technology) categories. The role focuses on delivering sourcing strategies, managing suppliers, and improving procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing initiatives across non-technology categories
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes and PO execution
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Support contract renewals and ensure continuity
- Improve procurement processes and data quality
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders across the business
Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Experience with indirect spend categories (e.g. HR, Facilities, Finance)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with procurement systems and processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
