  • Periodically evaluate and report vendor performance to business stakeholders;
  • Facilitate strategic vendor review meetings in close collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Translate business plans into aligned supplier relationships for assigned vendors;
  • Negotiate contracts for scope changes, renewals, updated requirements, or disputes;
  • Manage contract approvals and ensure signatures from both parties;
  • Share supplier innovations with relevant teams as input for category plans and sourcing projects.

Contract Management:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned contracts;
  • Monitor supplier performance through data collection and regular dialogues;
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and third-party risk requirements;
  • Conduct product/service quality assessments against contractual terms;
  • Identify opportunities for contract improvements and implement them effectively;
  • Manage supplier phase-outs and maintain vendor master data for specific contracts.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven professional who combines experience with curiosity and a proactive mindset. You are eager to learn, take ownership of your work, and thrive in collaborative environments. Additionally, you bring:

Work Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience in procurement/vendor management at a strategic level—preferably within an international organization;
  • Minimum 2 years managing vendor relationships in the technology category (with a focus on software and services);
  • Experience working with offshore teams is preferred.

Competencies:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are required for this role;
  • Proven track record in delivering procurement value;
  • Strong relationship management skills coupled with stakeholder engagement expertise;
  • Legal acumen with knowledge of regulatory requirements (including cloud technologies and cybersecurity);
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail;

  • Familiarity with local NL market dynamics in the IT category;
  • Influencing skills combined with conflict resolution capabilities;
  • Agile mindset with self-driven motivation;
