Customer Operations Analyst - Germany

As a Customer Operations Analyst – Germany, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the operational performance and customer experience of assigned accounts across the German market.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, working closely with internal operations teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes, strong service levels and agreed KPIs. The role combines customer relationship management, operational coordination, process improvement and data analysis.

Your responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for German customers and manage day-to-day operational queries, claims and requests.
• Monitor customer KPIs and work with internal teams to improve operational performance and service quality.
• Build strong relationships with customers and their business partners across the region.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and the overall customer experience.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed and best practices are shared across teams.
• Prepare operational and performance reports and support regular customer business reviews.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Identify training needs and support the implementation of operational and service training.
• Proactively identify issues and work towards practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Occasional travel within Europe may be required.

What you bring

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations or a similar environment.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and performance reports.
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with Access or other systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and international stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Customer-focused, structured and results-driven.
