Role Overview

As an Accountant , you will play a key role within the finance team, contributing to the accuracy, integrity, and analysis of financial data across multiple legal entities.

This is the role where you will manage month-end closing activities, multi-entity accounting, and financial analysis, while also supporting improvements in financial processes. You will work closely with both local and group stakeholders, ensuring financial information is reliable and aligned with business performance.

The role offers a strong foundation for further growth into broader finance or controlling positions.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Closing & Accounting

• Own monthly closing activities across multiple entities
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy of the income statement and balance sheet
• Support compliance with group accounting policies and reporting standards

Multi-Entity Financial Management

• Work across several legal entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial data
• Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders on intercompany and cross-entity transactions
• Maintain strong financial controls and identify areas for improvement

Financial & Business Analysis

• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs budget and prior periods
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data insights
• Translate financial data into clear insights for business and finance stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Interaction

• Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries within the organisation
• Collaborate with accounting, controlling, and commercial teams
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Approximately 4-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Month-end closing
  • Journal entries and reconciliations
  • Working across multiple entities
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
• Comfortable working in a structured yet evolving environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Fluent in English
