Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements as result of standardized Month-end-close procedures, in line with internal and external accounting principles and policies.
• Manages intercompany receivables and payables in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with internal and external policies and standards. To optimize the net working capital and minimize provisions for the business.
• Leads projects and change management to implement process improvements in scope.
• Provides leadership and coaching to your direct reports and develops yearly departmental goals and tracks to target.
• Manages PtP payables in in line with internal and external policies and standards, in order to optimize the net working capital and minimize provisions for the business.
• Manages Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure global internal control framework in scope is implemented and followed.
• Maintain efficient relation with Global Service center.
• Gate keeper for Internal control system.
• Finance lead for supplier live cycle management

Who are you?

• University degree in Finance or equivalent plus approx.
• 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Proven hand-on experience in used accounting system
• Knowledge of accounting standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
• High degree of conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English
• Project management skills
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Effective problem evaluation and solution
