Market Data Contract Manager

Are you ready to shape the Market Data strategy for a leading Benelux Wealth Manager? Do you excel in stakeholder management and have extensive experience managing key Market Data contracts with providers like Bloomberg, FactSet, and S&P? If so, this role could be your next career step. As a Market Data Contract Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to optimize the use and costs of Market Data across the organization. You will act as the subject matter expert, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and managing relationships with major vendors to ensure maximum value from Market Data contracts.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Manage relationships with key Market Data providers such as Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P, LSEG, and SIX;
• Oversee contracts with leading index providers—experience in this area is essential;
• Handle procurement of new Market Data contracts and manage renewals of existing agreements;
• Conduct effective stakeholder management to address complex issues impacting multiple departments;
• Present Market Data contract topics clearly to senior management;
• Translate new business needs into positive commercial outcomes through vendor negotiations;
• Collaborate daily with colleagues within the Market Data team and work closely with Finance, Procurement, and other departments as needed.

Your Profile
You are analytical, a strong communicator, and a team player who can simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders. You take ownership of your work and thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and collaboration are key.

Additionally, you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience at a Market Data Analyst level, including hands-on experience with vendors like Bloomberg, FactSet, and S&P;
• Proven expertise in managing and negotiating Market Data contracts from start to finish, including invoicing processes;
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements within Market Data contracts;
• Experience using Infomatch is an advantage.

• A competitive gross monthly salary between €5,500 - €7,400 based on your knowledge and experience;
