Interim Business Controller

As an Interim Business Controller, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the business, providing financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making. You will quickly take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis while working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to management and key business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and business performance results.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key business drivers.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast and explain key variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases.
• Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions through financial analysis.
• Improve reporting, planning, and controlling processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Support Finance transformation, restructuring, integration, or other ad-hoc projects where required.
• Ensure continuity of business control activities and provide a clear handover at the end of the interim assignment.

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working as an interim or project-based Business Controller is an advantage.
