Role Overview

This is not a traditional finance role.

We're looking for someone who combines a strong finance foundation with a passion for technology, data, and AI. You'll work closely with finance leadership and commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve decision-making, automate processes, and translate data into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate understands both the numbers and the commercial drivers behind them, and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to improve business performance through data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics across finance processes.
• Translate business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, planning, and financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver transformation projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by combining financial expertise with commercial understanding.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate how they can create value for the business.

Whom We Are Looking For

• A strong background in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Finance Transformation, or Commercial Finance.
• Proven experience translating financial and commercial data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to real business use cases, driving measurable improvements in decision-making, automation, or operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of commercial business drivers and the ability to connect data with business strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• A curious, innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve business performance.
