What will you do as a Talent Management Trainer & Advisor?

As Talent Management Advisor you' ll deliver engaging sales and recruitment training programmes across Europe, supporting consultants at every stage of their career, from onboarding new hires to developing experienced recruiters and future leaders.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in recruitment consulting who has discovered a passion for developing others. If you've coached colleagues, delivered onboarding, or facilitated training internally and are ready to move into Learning & Development full-time, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training programmes covering onboarding, recruitment, sales, business development, and performance coaching.
• Adapt training delivery to different countries, cultures, and experience levels while maintaining global standards.
• Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to identify development needs and support business priorities.
• Deliver and support Train-the-Trainer programmes across the region.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Contribute to wider Talent Management initiatives, including onboarding, ED&I, and customer experience programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Amsterdam (must have), with the ability to work with teams and stakeholders across Europe.
• Experience in Learning & Development within the recruitment industry, or 3+ years’ experience in recruitment consulting, ideally within a sales-driven environment with a strong interest in developing others. Experience delivering training, onboarding, coaching, or workshops for recruitment consultants.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Comfortable engaging audiences ranging from junior consultants to senior leaders.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong advantage, while Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
