I’m looking for a Senior Legal Counsel Employment NL on behalf of our client in the platforms/digital sector, based in Amsterdam.
This temporary role is ideal for an experienced employment law professional with 8+ years of expertise: preferably specializing in reorganizations.

The position is for a minimum of 3 days per week over a 3 to 5 month period.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing senior-level legal support for employment and labor matters.
- Advising HR and leadership on sensitive workforce issues such as reorganizations and disciplinary matters.
- Managing external counsel and coordinating litigation processes.
- Developing templates and playbooks to improve consistency in case handling.
