What you'll do:
- You will ensure the timely and accurate execution of outsourced logistics flows for clients by managing all aspects of freight forwarding operations.
- You will take ownership of dossiers, carefully monitoring associated costs, timelines, and budgets to guarantee optimal outcomes for both the company and its customers.
- You will maintain meticulous administrative records by completing, checking, and documenting all relevant information in the system.
- You will generate standard reports and provide essential information to stakeholders as required throughout the logistics process.
- You will assess case situations to allocate rights according to established procedures, interpreting information against guidelines, conditions, and applicable legislation.
- You will identify the nature, scope, and cause of problems or disruptions in logistics processes using technical or procedural knowledge to resolve first-line issues efficiently.
- You will escalate complex or unusual cases to specialist colleagues when necessary and engage third parties during stagnations or disruptions to restore workflow.
- You will plan and prioritise activities across logistics streams by aligning schedules with available capacities, demand, and needs while communicating updates to all involved parties.
- You will intervene promptly when deviations from planning occur by adjusting schedules or taking corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
- You will handle ad-hoc matters by integrating them into existing plans without compromising overall efficiency or quality.
