Associate Director - Treasury Operations & E-Payments

Our client, Redcare Pharmacy, is looking for an Associate Director of Treasury & E-Payment Operations to help shape and professionalise a growing international function.

The opportunity

Our client, Redcare Pharmacy, a leading international e-commerce organisation, is looking for an experienced finance leader to head its Treasury Operations & E-Payment team.

This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to build and professionalise an important finance function in a fast-growing, international business. You'll lead a team of six professionals while driving operational excellence across treasury operations, cash management and high-volume payment operations.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and develop a team of six professionals across Treasury and E-Payment Operations.
• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity monitoring and payment approvals.
• Manage banking relationships, bank account administration and treasury operations across multiple European entities.
• Drive the continued development of the treasury function, processes and controls.
• Ensure efficient, scalable and reliable e-payment operations within a high-volume B2C environment.
• Partner closely with IT to improve payment processes, systems and automation.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including banking and payment partners, to optimise operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and scalability as the business continues to grow.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7+ years' experience within Treasury Operations, Payment Operations or Finance Operations.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, high-volume payment environments and cash management.
• Experience working with payment platforms
• Comfortable working at the intersection of Finance, Operations and IT.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage).
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required. German and/or Dutch is considered an advantage.
