Accounting Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Inseego is expanding its international business, supporting 5G fixed wireless access, mobile broadband and connected devices. The Netherlands serves as the company's European hub for customer contracting, logistics and international finance operations.

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities and support the accounting processes of several international subsidiaries. You will lead a team of two accountants and work closely with colleagues in the United States, India and external advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

You will report directly to the International Head of Accounting and play an important role in maintaining a high-quality accounting function while supporting the company's continued international growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Support the monthly, quarterly and year end-close process and the consolidation of international subsidiaries of the Netherlands holding company
• Review Journal entries, reconciliations and financial reports prepared by the accounting team
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a team of two accountants.
• Monitor workload, priorities and the quality of deliverables.
• Support the professional development of team members.

Compliance & Audit

• Support internal control activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch accounting regulations, VAT and statutory reporting requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience within an international environment.
• A professional accounting qualification (RA, AA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is preferred.

Professional Background

• Experience within a multinational organization, preferably in technology, telecommunications, hardware, software or SaaS.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close and statutory compliance.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small accounting team is preferred.

Working Style

• Hands-on, accurate and well organized.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.

OFFER

You will be offered a salary between €70,000 and €85,000, depending on your relevant experience, plus secondary benefits.
