Business Controller

The organisation is developing a European network of fast-charging infrastructure for electric vehicles and plays an important role in accelerating the transition towards sustainable mobility. Operating across multiple European countries, the company is in a strong growth phase where Finance plays a crucial role in supporting expansion, scalability and long-term performance.

In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner for the business and management team. You combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial insight and help stakeholders make better decisions based on data, scenarios and performance insights.

What will you do?

• Act as a strategic finance partner for business managers, directors and senior stakeholders.
• Analyse KPIs, dashboards and financial performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to support investment decisions and cash management.
• Take ownership of budgeting and performance tracking for operational expenses (OPEX) and capital investments (CAPEX) across Europe.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, scalability and business processes.
• Collaborate with international teams across Operations, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual IFRS reporting.
• Support strategic projects and further professionalise the Finance function.

Who are you?

• You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role within Business Control, FP&A or Financial Planning.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• You have strong experience with management control, investment analysis and financial modelling.
• You are analytically strong and able to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
• You have experience working with dashboards, reporting tools and financial systems.
• You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at different levels.
• You take ownership, work independently and thrive in a fast-growing international environment.
• You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
