Job Description

As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis cycle, providing strategic financial insights that support business growth and performance. You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and senior management to drive informed decision-making through accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role requires a strong financial foundation combined with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct financial analyses, scenario planning, and business case evaluations.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Act as a business partner to Sales, Operations, and other key departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and forecasting.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in FP&A or Business Control.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive and business-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
