3PL Depot and Repair Centre Supervisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional with a keen eye for analysis and a passion for continuous improvement. As the 3PL Depot and Repair Centre Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing the infrastructure of our depot and repair network. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient handling and administration of our functional and non-functional assets and stock. You will be tasked with performance analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering seamless collaboration across all network functions.
What you'll do:
As a 3PL Depot and Repair Centre Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around managing the infrastructure of our depot and repair network. This includes ensuring efficient handling and administration of both functional and non-functional assets and stock. You'll be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment across all network functions. Your role will also involve regular performance evaluation, dashboard management, reporting, and stock inventory control to enhance the performance of our depots and repair centres.
- Manage inventory through regular stock counting
- Support quality management through reporting, dashboard management, training, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Evaluate ongoing performance to enhance the performance of depots and repair centres/locations
- Report directly to the Depot Network Manager
- Translate partner performance insights into actionable business strategie
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the 3PL Depot and Repair Centre Supervisor role is someone who brings a strong educational background in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. You should have strong analytical skills coupled with an operational mindset. Advanced Excel skills are crucial for this role as well as excellent organisational abilities. We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate, translating partner performance insights into actionable business strategies. A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach would fit perfectly into this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an operational mindset
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to structure and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills; ability to translate partner performance insights into actionable business strategies
- A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
