Logistics Coordinator EMEA

As a Logistics Coordinator EMEA, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of international transport flows across the EMEA region. You manage shipments end-to-end, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and make sure goods are delivered efficiently and on time.
You work closely with Commercial, Quality and Finance teams, as well as carriers and forwarders, to align planning, documentation and execution. At the same time, you actively look for ways to improve processes and strengthen operational performance.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage international shipments end-to-end (road, sea and multimodal)
- Coordinate bookings, planning and transport execution
- Prepare and control shipping documentation (Incoterms, customs, compliance)
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/TMS systems
- Collaborate with Commercial, Quality and Finance teams
- Manage communication with carriers, forwarders and logistics partners
- Handle operational issues such as delays, damages or documentation errors
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Contribute to smooth daily team operations and workload balancing
- Share knowledge and support junior team members when needed
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field
- 2–4 years of experience in international logistics or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, documentation and transport flows
- Experience with ERP and/or TMS systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Accurate, structured and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
