About the Role – What will you do?
As a Buyer you play a key strategic role. You will:

Develop and manage a strategic supplier base aligned with the needs of production, R&D, and service.

Ensure a continuous and reliable flow of materials and components.

Implement commodity strategies focused on Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD).

Use MRP systems for accurate demand planning.
-
Negotiate and establish supply agreements with international suppliers.
-
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
-
Collaborate closely with global sourcing teams and internal departments.

Report directly to the Global Sourcing Manager.

Step into a newly created role due to our team’s expansion and company growth.
About You – What do you bring?
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in an international setting. You have:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
-
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in international manufacturing environments (preferably low-volume/high-mix).

Solid knowledge of strategic sourcing, demand planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
-
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
-
A continuous improvement mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
-
Preferably, certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma.

The ability to make an impact at all levels of the organization.
